Ingredients
Slippery elm, rhubarb root, sheep's sorrel, burdock root, red clover
Directions
For a single cup use approximately 1 teaspoon per cup of water.
Steep for about 7-10 minutes.
Directions for tea concentrate: Sterilize utensils and bottles. Brint 1 quart of filtered water to boil, add 1 oz of tea, cover and gently boil for thirty minutes. Turn off heat and stir once. Cover and let set for six hours. Stir again and let set cover for another six hours. Serve 1/3 cup to concentrate to 2/3 cup of water.
