Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:  Orders are processed in the order that they are received.  We process orders Monday thru Friday and ship within 48 hours of receiving them. During the holiday rush, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped.

 

Be aware that we are not responsible for the carrier's delivery schedule

 

Shipping Internationally:  We are sorry but, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. 

 

Inland Empire Spice cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local delivery service to inquire further.

 

APO and FPO

We are honored to ship to APO and FPO addresses, wherever they may be in the world. Thank you for your service!

Return & Exchange Policy

Food Items:  We hope that you love our spices as much as we do! Unfortunately, due to Federal and State regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, please give us a call at 509-413-1657 and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

All Non-Food Items:  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact us within 30 days with your receipt for proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to exchange the item, issue in-store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. 

 

Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable.

 

Returns without a receipt may be accepted as a product exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

 

Damaged Merchandise:  If you receive damaged merchandise, call our customer service department immediately at 509-413-1657 and we will assist you.

 

 

Privacy Policy

Privacy Statement:  All customer data is kept stricly confidential.  We do not sell or share our customer's information. 

Gift Card Policy

All Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable. Gift cards and eGift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards cannot be replaced. Inland Empire Spice has no liability to you for lost or stolen physical Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be redeemed in-store or online. Gift Cards and eGift Cards can only be used for product purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash or the purchase of other gift cards. Gift Cards and eGift Cards work the same as cash, and the remaining balance stays on the card until it's used up. Discounts are not available on Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
