Dried lemongrass in this cut form is a natural for use in herbal teas. It adds a unique flavor, described often as earth and citrusy. It also can be used in soups and stews--any dish cooked with enough moisture and time to naturally rehydrate the dried herb. Use fresh for stir-fries, though!
