Pumpkin Shaped Ranch Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Inland Empire Spice Ranch Seasoning

  • 2 ounces finely shredded medium cheddar cheese

  • 1 stem of  pepper (for the stem of the pumpkin)

Preparation

1. Step 1
In a bowl, blend the cream cheese with the Ranch seasoning until smooth and well combined.

2. Step 2
Shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball, then roll it in shredded cheddar cheese until fully coated.

3. Step 3
Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap. Use kitchen twine to create a pumpkin shape by tying it around the ball.

4. Step 4
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.

5. Step 5
Once chilled, gently insert a red pepper piece into the top of the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin stem.
