Black Tea with Approximately 50-100 mg of Caffeine

Ingredients
Black tea, rosehips, elderberry, blackberry leaves, bee pollen and stevia leaves.
Directions
Use approximately 1 tsp per cup of water. Steep for about 4 minutes.
