Irish Breakfast Tea
There are three established "breakfast teas" commonly on the market --English, Irish, and Scottish. Ultimately, these three teas are black tea blends that mix essentially the same types of tea (Ceylon and Assam mostly, throwing in a few from Kenya, China, or Indonesia, depending on the tea house.) Of the three, English Breakfast is the "lightest," with Irish Breakfast coming in as stronger because of a higher Assam content in the blend. All are designed to stand up to additional of milk and sugar, and to sit next to heavy rich breakfast foods. And all are caffeine rich, making them stand up to coffee as a morning breakfast drink. Our Irish Breakfast is a delight, rich in the malty flavors and aromas of Assam tea, and ready to get you moving.

Ingredients
A blend of black teas.
To Steep:
Use approximately 1 tsp per cup of water. Steep for about 4 minutes.
