About 20 small round potatoes, washed, unpeeled, cut in half
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Inland Empire Spice Za'atar Seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
black and/or white pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put cleaned and cut potatoes in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil and stir to coat.
Sprinkle with Za'atar seasoning, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat all pieces.
Spread onto a greased baking sheet so that the potatoes aren't touching each other.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip the potatoes.
Bake another 15 minutes, or until soft inside and crispy outside!
Enjoy as a side dish, with a dollop of sour cream and some fresh chopped onions!
