Folks lucky enough to live in Zone 7 or higher can grow rosemary plants, which often turn into fragrant hedges buzzing with drunken bees. The plant's Mediterranean origins make it no surprise that rosemary is a staple herb in Italian, Greek, Spanish, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Whole leaves like these are great for signature dishes like Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Garlic, Steak au Poivre, or Rosemary Potatoes. We offer both whole and ground rosemary, as well as this middle ground, where whole rosemary leaves are cut smaller. Excellent for applications where the overall flavor of rosemary is desired, without a strong "bite" from a single whole leaf makings its way to the palate.
