Dulse Powder

Dulse is a red seaweed that grows within tidal areas in the Atlantic Ocean. It is known for its sweet flavor and mild taste, and for being the textbook definition of the color mauve (not really, but it should be.) Our Dulse powder is a fine grind, and a little adds a lot! It is often used as a thickening agent in soups or broths, where it also provides the ultimate hit of umami flavor. Naturally loaded with iodine and potassium, as well as other vitamins and minerals.
